| Paul
Cabral, founder of Cabral's Catering arrived with his
family to Toronto in 1966. Leaving behind his
birthplace he was in seek of furthering
his passion for cooking. While taking his culinary
courses, he worked part-time at both the Silver Real
restaurant and the Celebrity Club.
Once
he had his diploma in hand, Cabral went on to work at
the prestigious Casa Loma in Toronto. He worked for at
Casa Loma for 25 years, cooking for several prominent
guests and celebrities.
Cabral
and his wife met in Toronto and had a son together named
Randy. After several years in the industry and
with great experience under his belt, Cabral went
solo. He opened his own catering business with its
head of operations in Mississauga. |

reputation in the catering industry. Cabral
specializes in weddings, but also caters to every type
of event upon request including baptisms, banquets, and
private functions and many more! |

Aside
from all the functions catered, Cabral
Catering also opens their doors to the
community.
Hosting
private parties with special menus in mind
and bringing performers such as Fernando
Correia Marques, his son Axel, Chiquita,
Paulo Ribeiro, Nelo Ferreira, and the famous
duo, Broa de Mel from overseas for these
events.
Cabral
is not only hard-working, but also a
generous man. He is good to his
friends and is always ready to lend a
helping hand. |
